Fixed Price Conveyancing!
Bonzi Conveyancing operates on a fully-inclusive "fixed fee" system.
This is in comparison to the majority of other conveyancing firms who will provide you with a price plus costs, disbursements or expenses.
What this means for you is that you are fully aware of the costs involved in your work and will not be left in the dark as to what amount you will be charged on completion of your matter.
Our fixed fee guarantee is valid for a standard conveyance. There are of course some exceptional transfers which will require a specific quotation however we will advise you if this is the case prior to our engagement, and seek your consent and agreement to a specific fixed fee. Additionally, if a certain form of certificate called an "owners corporation certificate" is required, this is an additional charge of $150 (being the certificate fee).
Also, if additional work arises during the course of your matter which takes such from being a standard conveyance, we will advise you as early as possible and ensure you are fully aware of the issue and costs associated.
